1.1. This Refund Policy sets out the rules governing refunds of payments made for the paid tier of the Service — the PRO Plan. It supplements the Terms of Service, in particular §7 (PRO Plan — fees and payments), §8 (Right of withdrawal), §9 (Complaints) and §14 (Termination and account deletion), and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.
1.2. This policy applies to the one-time purchases of the PRO Plan currently offered for periods of 30, 90 and 365 days (§7.1 of the Terms of Service). The Service does not sell subscriptions and does not make any recurring charges — a purchased PRO period simply expires at its end, so no "subscription cancellation" is ever required.
1.3. Capitalized terms used in this policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.
2.1. Payments for the PRO Plan are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for each purchase — the formal seller for VAT and consumer-protection purposes (§7.2 of the Terms of Service). Paddle is the entity that charges the chosen payment method, issues the sales document (invoice/receipt) and, to the extent set out in its own terms, executes refunds of the transaction.
2.2. Paddle's terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Nothing in this Refund Policy restricts any right you may have under Paddle's terms or under mandatory law.
3.1. Under EU consumer-protection law (implemented in Poland by the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights), a Consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
3.2. The PRO Plan is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (implementing the equivalent EU rule), the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the Consumer's explicit prior consent and after being informed of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal. Because PRO access is activated immediately upon payment at the User's explicit request made during checkout (§7.4 of the Terms of Service), the right of withdrawal lapses once the digital content has been fully delivered.
3.3. If performance of the contract has not yet begun (for example, the PRO period has not yet been activated), a Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason by contacting us as described in §6 below; the sums paid will then be returned without undue delay.
4.1. Duplicate or erroneous charge. If the User has been charged twice or an incorrect amount was charged, the erroneous part of the payment will be refunded in full.
4.2. Sustained technical failure. If a purchased PRO Plan cannot be used due to a sustained technical failure attributable to the Service, the User may file a complaint under §9 of the Terms of Service. Where the complaint is upheld, a refund will be granted for the unusable portion of the PRO period (or in full, where the failure prevented the use of the Service from the start of the period).
4.3. Goodwill refund for an unused purchase. As a goodwill gesture, a User who has not used the newly purchased PRO period at all (no PRO functionality was used within that period) may receive a full refund if they request it within 14 days of the purchase. This goodwill refund is not a statutory right and does not apply where PRO functionality was already used within the purchased period.
4.4. This policy does not exclude or limit any rights the User may have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
5.1. Once PRO access has been activated and actually used within the purchased period, no refund is available unless a ground set out in §4 (or a mandatory-law right) applies.
5.2. Termination of the account agreement or account deletion does not entitle the User to a refund for the unused portion of an active PRO period (§14.4 of the Terms of Service).
5.3. No refund is available for a purchase whose content has already been delivered where the right of withdrawal has lapsed under §3 and none of the grounds in §4 applies.
6.1. Refund requests should be sent to support@anotherdashboard.com. To help process the request, include: the email address of the Account, the Paddle order/transaction ID shown on the receipt, what was purchased, and the reason for the request (for a technical issue — a description of the problem and when it occurred).
6.2. Requests based on §4.1–4.3 should be submitted within 14 days of the purchase (technical issues — as soon as they arise, no later than the end of the PRO period).
6.3. You may also contact Paddle directly through the link provided in your receipt regarding transaction-level matters (for example, an unrecognized charge).
6.4. We will respond within 14 days of receipt (§9.3 of the Terms of Service). Where a refund is confirmed as due, it is executed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
7.1. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7.2. Refunds approved by Paddle are usually initiated promptly; depending on the bank or card issuer, the funds may take up to 10 business days to appear on the statement. Paddle's own terms may specify additional details regarding its processing.
8.1. VAT and other transaction taxes are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Where a refund is granted, the related tax is reversed by Paddle in accordance with applicable law.
9.1. This Refund Policy may be updated for valid reasons, in particular a change of law, a change of Paddle's terms, or the need to align it with best practice. The current version is always available under this address, together with the last-updated date shown in the document header.
